A contract was made, giving the whole school to the Religious Missionaries of St. Dominic through its representatives and can stay in the lot or church owned (lot) land where the school is built as long as the Dominican Sisters are the ones running and administration and running the school.
The purpose for which it is organized as:
(a) to establish and maintain a Catholic School as an institution of learning dedicated to the harmonious development of moral character, personal discipline, civic conscience, academic excellence, and vocational efficiency in their students, thereby contributing to the advancement of national socioeconomic development.
(b) to promote the principles of a catholic education, general or vocational lay providing a basic and integral coherent and relevant education which contributes to the development of the human person in relation to his ultimate goals and likewise to the promotion of the good of the society where he/she belongs.
It was recognized by the government on June 14, 1949.
